Yoga makes people say nice things

“We have been doing yoga together for so long and I am feeling emotional writing this. Doing yoga with you I learned that yoga is not about trying to do difficult postures but listening to your body and understanding what it really wants. I love your philosophy and giving us the flexibility to make the session our own rather than just following you. I really want to thank you for all those face to face and online sessions.” - Gizi

“Why I love Sue’s classes: in short, I love how I feel after the class and that stays with me for the rest of the day. She is always such a wonderful, strong, energising presence and she encourages movement exploration and deeper meditative practice.” - Joan

“Welcoming friendly classes that leave me happier and with more energy.  Permission, actual encouragement, to choose your own pace and make whatever adjustments you feel like.  The guidance for me is spot on, some of the visualisation ‘tricks’ are so memorable that I use them at home.” - Vicky

“I loved the meditation sessions with Sue because they honestly felt like a warm hug to myself. I find it SO hard to 'be' in the moment and yet Sue made it not seem like hard work at all. She was a joy and made me laugh a lot, but also gave me the confidence to keep on trying and just enjoying seeing where I end up in my relationship with being aware and present. I would highly recommend Sue's meditation classes and can't wait to go to more.” - Sima

I never thought zoom classes would be my thing, but boy was I wrong.

From the comfort of my one room apartment in South Korea, I can connect with Sue and our yogis for 60 minutes of letting the day/week/month go.

I appreciate the reminder to move my body the way it wants to move, reconnecting breath and mind and body.

I have fun, Sue has fun admiring my elephant Bali pants, it's good times all around.” - Kirsten

“Just wanted to say thanks for a great class, my neck and shoulders have been really tight and painful this week and I had a crappy day today, but after the class I feel a million times better, physically and mentally, thank you!” - Fiona

“I started doing Sue’s online yoga classes during the first lockdown. Since returning to work I have found online classes work better for me as coming home from work and then having to find the energy to leave the house and go to a class is often too much of an effort and it’s difficult to commit to a course. Seeing Sue and others in their living rooms makes it feel informal too which I really like and she welcomes everyone to the class as if we are arriving in her living room which is lovely.  Sue’s sense of humour also makes the classes fun and I often find myself giggling like an idiot in ‘doggy wee wee pose’ (I can’t even remember the real name for it!).” - Nic

“I massively appreciate your positivity and inclusiveness during your classes; it really feels like we are all in the class with you even though we are all in different locations.”- Amelia

"I really enjoy the online classes as they're easier and more convenient to attend than an in-person session and I don't feel any limitations to practising online. The classes are well balanced and adaptable so that I feel comfortable to join in to my own level on days when I'm physically limited. I feel supported in that respect and not under 'performance pressure' like I sometimes can face to face. The combination of movement and relaxation is also very well planned and distributed, plus Sue has many ideas and techniques that are above and beyond the average class so that I feel constantly inspired by the sequences. I also like being able to roll directly into bed at the end of a session!" - Charlie

“Cannot recommend enough. Great combination of workout and relaxation. Sue is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher and creates an inspiring and friendly environment. Sue’s guidance has allowed me to gain more self-awareness and has encouraged me to better listen to my body. 10 out of 10!” - Sandra

“I’ve regularly joined both the ‘midweek wind down’ and ‘wake up your weekend’ classes via zoom. Classes are easy to access and it’s always a friendly group.

The Wednesday evening class is brilliant for zoning out and switching off from the world (great if you’re a new mum and need a break!). The Saturday class is a high energy start to the morning. I’m not an ‘advanced level’ yogi but I like my fitness and this class will make you sweat without leaving you feeling overworked. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and there is no expectation to push yourself more than you’re capable.” - Mel

“Sue's creative approach to her yoga classes is something you will rarely find anywhere else in London. She's really perceptive, and tunes the intensity of the practice to our mood, which creates a great personalised atmosphere. Doing yoga with her calms you down and fills you with positive energy from within.” - Andrea
